The Negroamaro del Salento grapes come from the province of Taranto, on calcareous soils, and are harvested by hand. In the glass, it displays a ruby ​​red color with amaranth highlights. On the nose, it reveals intense aromas of berries, particularly blackberries and blueberries. The palate is velvety, soft, and persistent, with fruity notes that remain clean and pleasant. Aging in French tonneaux for 3-6 months adds roundness without overshadowing the varietal character.
