Alma Assemblage 1 Franciacorta DOCG Extra Brut represents one of the most elegant expressions of the Bellavista winery. Made primarily from Chardonnay with the addition of Pinot Noir and a small amount of Pinot Blanc, selected from various company parcels, it ages on the lees for a long time, developing balance and aromatic finesse.

It appears a bright straw yellow, with a fine and persistent foam. The bouquet is broad and harmonious, with delicate floral and citrus sensations accompanied by more subtle mineral tones. On the palate it offers a fresh, taut and well-structured sip, with a creamy progression and an elegant and persistent finish.

Ideal with raw seafood, shellfish, delicate Mediterranean dishes, or as the protagonist of a special toast, it coherently interprets the Bellavista style and the characteristics required by the Franciacorta Extra Brut denomination.
