Manual harvesting with selection in the vineyard and traditional vinification with daily pumping over give rise to a red wine of significant substance, further defined by aging for 24-30 months in new 228-liter barrels. The aromatic profile revolves around black cherry, blackcurrant, and blueberry, with a deeper and more layered component that emerges with oxygenation. On the palate, it is full-bodied, structured, and persistent, with a dense yet orderly texture.
