The Chinon Rouge Les Terrasses AOC 2023 by Béatrice & Pascal Lambert is made from Cabernet Franc grapes grown organically and biodynamically in the Coutures vineyards, in the heart of the Loire Valley. Carefully selected and hand-harvested, the grapes undergo a long maceration process lasting 18–30 days, enhancing their aromas and structure. Aged for 12–18 months in glass-lined concrete vats and a further 3 months in wooden barrels, it imparts balance and depth. It has an intense ruby color; the nose offers elegant aromas of ripe red and black fruit. On the palate, it is full-bodied, structured, and persistent, with a length that reflects the authenticity of the terroir. Ideal with red meats and game, it is a wine that expresses the purity and tradition of the Loire.
