Adanti’s Grechetto Montefalco DOC 2024 is an Umbrian white wine that showcases the varietal with a clean, minerally style and great balance. The grapes come from two parcels in the municipality of Bevagna, between Arquata and Colcimino, on clay-limestone and clay-sandy-limestone soils, with different exposures that enrich the wine’s profile. Manual harvesting, whole-grain pressing, cold decanting, and fermentation in stainless steel followed by four months sur lie define its precision and freshness. On the nose, peach, almond, hay, and a delicate mineral hint emerge. On the palate, it is savory, well-structured, with lively acidity and intense fruity aftertaste. A classic yet vibrant Grechetto, capable of developing with interest.
