Riserva del Lupo Lugana DOC Riserva 2021 from Ca’Lojera is a highly complex white wine made from 100% Turbiana grapes, harvested in Sirmione between early and mid-October, including the last botrytized grapes. The must rests cold for 15 days, ferments in stainless steel, and ages for a year with regular bâtonnage, followed by 18 months in the bottle, creating a rich and complex profile. The nose opens with citrus, honey, dried apricot, saffron, and candied fruit. On the palate, it is soft, elegant, and marked by a persistent minerality that complements its structure. A Lugana Riserva of remarkable depth, capable of combining aromatic intensity, precision, and a great capacity for evolution.
