Made from 100% Turchetta, a local black grape variety rarely found outside the Polesine area, it stands out for its intense ruby ​​red color and fruity aromatic profile with notes of blackberry, dark berries, and hints of foliage, accompanied by delicate hints of spice and cocoa that enrich the palate.On the palate, it offers a captivating and persistent finish, with an intriguing structure and good tannins that lend balance and openness to aging, qualities uncommon in Polesine wines. Fermentation in steel tanks and organic vineyard management reflect Carezzabella’s focus on the naturalness of the product and the transparency of its winemaking techniques.
